FYI: Makeup and jewelry are NOT PERMITTED in the IV rooms
**This includes the Mission Core pharmacy, K-Tower Satellite, SECU Cancer Center, Peds Satellite, and Ridgefield
- Professional dress or personal pharmacy-compliant scrubs are required for any day on Pharmacy Operations block, except when you'll be located in an IV room (i.e. Ridgefield, Peds Satellite, SECU Cancer Center, Mission Core Pharmacy). Professional dress must comply with the MH Professional Image & UNC ESOP Dress Code Policies, as outlined below. Personal scrubs must be hunter green tops/bottoms or hunter green top with black bottoms.
- If a Pharmacy Operations day has you working in an IV room, street clothes may be worn into the hospital and you will change into hospital-provided scrubs you arrive. Please wear comfortable footwear on these days!
- Please note, if you have additional rotation requirements that day (topic discussion or meetings), please make sure your “street clothes” meet the dress code requirement for those extra-rotational activities (no denim), or you may also wear your own personal scrubs (hunter green/black) in these instances.
